Think something with that much power should not have a 5 or 6speed gearbox as you will just be smoking tires in 4th but more like a 3 or 2 speed even like real drag cars have ...should work a lot better

I worked for Honda for 28 years, so I have to say.... you put the engine in sideways. That's the RWD way. You wouldn't believe how much confusion that causes with elderly American men looking for an engine part. They insist on their old school definition of how an engine is supposed to sit in a vehicle. 50% of the time they will tell you "they put the engines in these sideways". There's a whole left/right, front/back dialog that adds an extra couple of minutes to the conversation. I've been telling some of my old co-workers about Beam NG and Automation. This was the perfect example. Thank you! I'm not sure at my age if I've got the patience or the intellect to have as much fun as you do, but I'm seriously thinking about it. Especially after seeing that Meyers manx body.

the tires being as meaty as they are, is probably one of the many reasons why it kept exploding. The higher rotational mass was maybe tearing them apart because of your high rpms. Even though this might hurt grip and top speed maybe going for super skinny side walls might help idk. Cool build tho! xD
