So basically kori is schizophrenic (look up what it means if you're not sure.) And she sees monsters everyday so she planned to attack them to get rid of them but it turns out her brain had thought this and she actually ended up hurting Tori really badly because of it and then they got kidnapped by scientists and kori still saw the monsters and even when she escaped with tori. If it makes more sense like this comment.
