Thanks Matty. Finding a way to mill the grooves for both sine bars with one setup was important for consistency and I wanted the groove lips to be tangential to the bars for stability. This would have been easy with a 135° chamfering bit but I haven't got one and couldn't find a source to buy one. The idea to use an inclined endmill was a break-through moment, but working out the required cutter diameter and DOC was an interesting challenge :) Take care, Alan.

i like it you dont need a engine crane to lift it not like my old crown widely which is a bit smaller
