thats cause the new anticheat in gta (battleye) is improved and basically all the cheats that "bypass" it are usually just virused versions of paid cheats

Never overdo it guys, due to my experience for 2 years with this method, never go above 15 million and immediatly go to a store and buy atleast 10x snacks to be extra save, untill this day I never got banned. PS: Do it only 2 times a week, NOT MORE!

just get rebound its cheap and u can rig casinos which is the only way that is usually undetected also the menu itself is undetected
