there is a cooldown because game detects that you win too much in short period of time after winning lottery like 2-3 times, change the values of your 3 bytes in cheat engine to something else so you can lose. when you lose 7+ times, change the values back to 24, 45, 44 and repeat the proccess

here some tipps: if you will not scan for 1 at the first scan then it will be much faster.. next you can use 4 Bytes in this class.. since you have made a 4 Bytes scan anyway. this makes the whole thing much easier and clearer. the reason why you not winning is that the cheat engine settings for freezing values are to slow. set 10 ms minimum
