Both have a 30x70 east facing plot. We need a double storey house according to ⭐ 2 bedrooms with attached dessing room and washroom( 1 washroom use a common washroom) ⭐ 1 children's room + study room + with attached dessing room and washroom ⭐ 1 modular kitchen with separate utensils washing in kitchen ⭐ 1 Pooja Room (We belong to a Sikh family. Our house has Guru Granth Sahib Ji Parkash. So the room needs to be the right size) ⭐ 1 store ⭐ Front park with minimum 15 feet in depth ⭐ Car and two wheeler parking ⭐ Front double gate ⭐ Square type Elivation which makes the front looks bigger ⭐ Lobby of our house should be common
