This is almost 30 yr old architecture design and styling, high ceiling in hall area, bathroom visible in hall, black motif tile in car garage, Wall mounted tap in kitchen, wash basins outside bathroom looks like my grandfather's house

Good plan but need to improve the safety features as well. On the first floor master bedroom you've used pvc doors and it's absolutely zero safety. Also no grills in big windows while climbing to first floor.

Hope total built-up area would be 2500 sft and the cost for construction would be 48.75 lacs + add on like compound wall 80 - 85k , if it was really fundermax then 80.5 k else if it's pvc false ceiling it would be 20k. And coming to interiors I don't see much spent on interiors and cost would be 3.5 - 4.5 lacs , so all around the cost of completion would be 54 - 55 lacs.

As a engineer you need to provide entrance step thread more width because in 12 inches any body can slip easily while coming out, and it's not making entrance Pleasantly...

First thing, the camera person is very irritating. He is repeating everything n disturbing other while speaking.. To all people asking about costing.. purposefully thy hv not revealed it. According to them, its premium package, but its not premium. Thy hv used UPVC windows and SAL wood doorframes, fiber sink which looks cheap.. No details of flooring. BCoz its white n glossy ,they might hv used vitrified .. Granite used only on staircase.. Everywhere cost cutting is seen.. And its premium according to them.. As per my experience, it wil b approx 24 square built up house. Construction cost 39 lakhs. Bbmp + borewell 1.5 +1.5 = 3 lakhs. Simple interiors= 4 lakhs. Elevation cera board / fendermax board designs, exterior texture 1.30lakh.. Total Cost = approx 48 lakhs. Keb, water n sanitary connection extra..
