I like almost all your plans, they all look too good & luxurious even in such small plot areas! But pls also make alternate plans which are more practical for indian houses keeping these 4 things in mind: 1. Summer: Here in India it gets too hot in summers and in such plans too much sunlight and glass house effect can make such houses too hot 2. Rains: all open areas in such plans will be a nuisance in rainy season specially in cities with good rains every year 3. Plants: specially such long creepers, maintaining them will be next to impossible, and even if it’s maintained, lots of mosquitoes, insects, lizards will be there inside house 4. Safety: for elders & children, climbing stairs & from thefts! Other than these 4 points, your plans are superb that’s why I am giving a constructive feedback 😊So pls make more videos with similar plot areas but more practical plans keeping above things in mind!

You guys are awesome 👌. This is a very nice plan with best use of space I have ever seen till now. If possible could you do any plan for 60×45 northwest plot. 60 feet on the north side. We appreciate if you have these in the plan: 5 bedrooms each with balcony and attached bathroom. 1 big kitchen with storage and utility room. 1 dining room. 2 living rooms. 1 swimming pool on the terrace with a shade on top. 1 hometheatre with minimum 6 people. This you can have in basement/cellar. 1 billiards and table tennis room. In basement/cellar. 4 car parking space.

Amazing as always... Someday looking forward to some split level designs from you. For whatever designs I seen so far, more often than not they look good but with a lot of space wastage or being under utilised.
