It should consist as per below: Ground floor- Half parking and remaing house should be duplex until 1st floor. GF should consist of Big hall, 1Bedroom with attach Bathroom, Dining hall and kitchen and 1 common Toilet. 1st floor should have 4 Bedrooms with all attach Bathrooms, 1 hall, 1 small pantry area, 1 theatre room 2nd floor should consist of 3 houses of 2bhk for rent purpose. That was a detailed and impressive design presentation. If you can pls help me by making a floor design for a 27x26 super plot area which should also show balcony at the front and maximum air ventilation. The plot size is 24x23 but ground floor shall be used for parking space and above it 3 feet of balcony area can be covered in the main plot area. It is a corner L shaper plot with 24 feet of front and 23 feet of length. Open from front and right side of the plot. I tried making a 3BHK plan with 2 small washrooms. Thanks!
