You can also find posters saying "Crib of Dirt", a reference to the band that is referenced in IT Crowd in which a character listen to "Cradle of Filth". Posters also say "Turn it off and on", which is another clear reference to the main catchphrase of Roy. The desk and room layout are also very similar.

You don’t have to kill all 11 agents in Berlin at once to get the secret dialogue. Only that no one must escape. Once you kill 5 the rest will try to leave but if you incapacitate the ones you can’t kill right away, once you dispatch all 11 the handler makes the comment.
