Well, he is high on acid or shrooms or whatever the heck was in Berg’s bottle o fun. He’s probably riding an actual quad bike out, with the toy just being what he’s seeing. The little noise the toy makes is actually reminiscent of a vehicle starting, and the engine sounds as he actually rides away and crashing through the gate backs it up. (Because 47 may be a big mean killing machine, but he doesn’t weigh enough to crash through a gate on a toy.)

I once accidentally did the flamingo one, it was a kill everyone challenge I think, just ended up at the right place at the right time!

There is an escallation where you have to kill people on the top floor with a battle axe dressed as the flamingo and the helipad exit is the closest one to the targets so If you’re doing the escalations you’re more or less certain to stumble up on that one.

Some of the exits, Easter eggs, and challenges in this game seem like hoaxes or fake tips I would’ve fallen for in elementary school, like when I was told that the way to get past a certain point in LoZ: Skyward Sword was to have the game open and be at a certain spot at exactly 6 am and Jesus would appear and open a door for you, allowing you to progress.
