31 Premium Fixie Bikes Conquer the 44-mile Mountain Pass Ride

Over the course of a week, riders meticulously customized their fixies, aiming for peak performance with top-notch components. During 306 Cycling's weekly Sunday group rides, their refined bikes offer not only enjoyment but also serve as a source of inspiration for new discoveries and future customizations. However, participants have yet to be informed of the 44-mile route for the mountain pass ride. Even as they approach what they think is the end, they haven't reached the turnaround point, engaging with new acquaintances after covering 22 miles, feeling as though the day's ride has concluded. Pushing their leg muscles to the brink, they all complete the full 44 miles. After crossing the finish line, their exhausted legs can barely stand, reaffirming that fixie customization is intertwined with self-improvement. As the leader observes the fulfilled participants, plans for next week's ride are already underway.

固定ギアのヒルクライムは達成感がヤバいですね。 全体重を乗せて踏み込んでも下りないペダルを、目一杯ハハンドルを引きつけるようにして、上半身の力も加えてひたすら踏む、踏む、踏む。 ロードに易々と追い抜かれるけどそんなのは気にしません。 分かる人にだけ分かる、固定ギアだけの世界です。
