4:33 For those wondering, that is a Mixgear. It originated back in Gacha World, one of Lunime’s first games and the origins of the Gacha universe we know. The mixgears were found in Vinyl city where each disk gave special powers to the users (Ex. DJ lyte with speed, DJ X with explosions, etc.) It’s one of the more well-rounded chapters in the game (which isn’t saying much tbh) but it’s still one of my favorite chapters. I still look at the OG Gacha world for inspiration occasionally

There are even some memes where a bully straight up KILLS the MC, then when the MC becomes the guardian of heaven, they don't check the killer's score (to see if they're good or not) but just say "Welcome to heaven!" and let the killer in. 1.) I’ve said this for a little bit (I don’t know how long) but if I have a character who’s a hybrid I try to go for only two species, sometimes a third one can be added, except for that one time (I was young, and this is when I first found about gacha) when one of my characters was part angel, part devil, part dark angel, and part light devil four species right? But because they were similar in design at the time I didn’t see a problem with it. 7.) Low-key I did not realize this was a hotel lobby until you said something, maybe it’s the fact that to me it looks dark and eerie. 25.) Right after “cliffhangers” would’ve been a good time to stop the video if this was like April 1st. 31.) I relate to the last one a lot, and it especially sucks when KZbin decides to copyright you but not someone else even when you use the same audio/music.

I agree with most of the things you said, though I've never seen any story with 'brainrot' slangs in them 🤔. (Though I don't really watch gacha anymore) Just wanted to say, first, this video and your channel gives 2018-2020 gacha life vibe, which makes me nostalgic. Second, for your 30th point. As someone who has experienced bullying, being weird is a factor. If someone doesn't like you because you're weird, you're different in any way, you're new and they don't like new people, they can bully you. (Bullies have dumb reasons 99% of the time) Personally, I think, unless taking the extreme case in many gacha videos, mostly back in 2018-19 where the bullies used to beat up almost to death the victim, it is pretty realistic. About the last one, I felt this. Tried trends back in the days I used to make content, got 100 views on tiktok when other got thousands, even if I tried to make my version of the trend original (with twists). It's all up to the algorithm, sadly. Though, believe in yourself, your videos bring the old gacha back and I think It's an original, and great idea. Keep it up!

You actually have great criticism! I agree with absolutely everything- And even most of the stories are indeed badly written because most GachaTubers do it for fun, so they don't actually go through all the effot analyze script, cohesion, character development, background setting, character motivation and etc. That's why I really don't watch gacha anymore because most of the stories are cliche, send a very crappy message and romatizes stuff it shouldn't. (Like the mafia thing. I never liked those even as a kid.) Like, it's fine to put problematic stuff in your story, but in majority IT IS NOT. Like, I would be so surprise if a cliche title such as "My Boyfriend is from the Mafia" actually had the girl ditch him and call the cops or even rescue his mafia's victims cause it's NOT OKAY. Or even, she could become a villain herself, but the ones she used to love start to feel disgust and disappointment towards her, and then both her and her boyfriend go to prison together. Those would have been more interesting tales because there is conflict and different perspectives. Actually, all the concepts Gacha created so far could be great if executed right. Put I pay them no mind because in the end, the majority of these are made by kids or teenagers ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ And it's very hard to find good criticism in Gacha Stories when it seems like everyone is so used with half-assed scripts and lore- With no depth, no character flaws, no consequences, and everything ends fine because it does or the story is overly sad and tragic for no reason. The Gacha Series "The Music Freaks" Actually feels like a solid story not because of voice acting and good editing, but because there was effort to put in something original and the characters have flaws, dreams, and they are not overly done stereotypes in the Gacha Community . I didn't see all of it so I can't judge the writing so much, but it is infinitely better than millions of these gacha stories. I'm glad you think beyond of what the community shows you! It would be nice if you made videos critizing those stereotypes and how to fix them. Although the gacha community seems "Better", the gacha movies are still just as problematic.

As someone who actually has some common knowledge about the mafia through family relations, no, it’s not a damn joke. If you’re going to use it as a reference, please do your research and stop romanticizing it. Just because the mafia is very family tight and loyal to each other, does not mean they aren’t dangerous. In fact, this means they are *more* dangerous than you could ever possibly imagine…the only moral highlights to the mafia are that they’re loyal to family and are extremely respectful of their wives and children. But I will say that the mafia killing folks is not a common or everyday occurrence because most people won’t try them. But that still doesn’t make it any less dangerous. Be mindful if you ever find yourself in a situation with a mafioso. You’re either going to respect them, or you’re essentially screwed…

It depends whenever GLMM glorifies it or not, and it goes the same for all midia. Like, characters can be murdered, but it MUST be seen as NOT OKAY because it's really awful in real life. Most killers in stories are either punished, or many characters get emotionally traumatized by the event (There are stories the killer even regrets killing someone.) But even if it's not GLMM, the stories that treat murder as "hot" just to glorify an assassin are just... Not good. While some can make it work by making the MC unreliable to the audience, some are just crappy because it TRIES to convince YOU that murder is okay because "Oh but they deserved it," "Oh but he/she was in the way of our love" "Oh that's okay because that's what he has to do or else he will suffer!" Like. It's bad writing and that's a bad message. In short: Murder in your story is fine, just don't put sparkles on it and call it something pretty/romantic. Same goes for any heavy topic.

@SaromeGamer I don't think soldiers killing soldiers in a war is murder because it's still government's choice and not theirs- But again, war is really awful and should be treated as such. Unless the story passes through a time period where war was glorifield, (aka. Medieval times) I highly suggest to NOT take a HERO say "Lol war is good and the other side deserves it and ya da ya da" just for the sake of it. It's fine if the one who says it is a villain, an unreliable mc, or an mc who was just brain-washed by society's models... Anyway, war is a whole other thing and it's MUUUUUCH more complex than murder cause many people react differently to it. There is a whole cultural thing, the POV of the soldiers, the POV of citzens, the POV of the rulers, the merchants, the bandits, the opressed... It's highly recommended to take time to script if you're looking to make a COMPLEX story about war, because it highly depends on the subtext. But one thing is sure: War is NOT OKAY in modern times and should be treated as such.
