I think that was the case in 2019 or early 2020 (pre pandemic). Now it has arrived with great communities and strong demand. For example, bidding on lot premiums to build this particular plan has increased to a six figure amount in Leander. That was unheard of pre pandemic. With that being said, there is still quite a bit of development ahead for Leander (Northline, Leander Springs, Indigo Ridge, etc). Those projects have not been built out yet but are huge announcements for the future of that area.

Thanks for the vids. If given a chance, which do you prefer Agave or Sapphire? And why in general? Apologies for asking I like Sapphire but I feel the room the rooms are tight. I love the patio though. I like agave too because it’s not tight but I don’t like much the patio.

What has been your experience with winning bids at lots for pulte and Taylor in bluffview? I hear 50% above list prems or more is what it’s taking

The builders do not allow me to post this information on a public forum. But happy to explain 1on1 and show you less aggressive options close by if those high lot premiums are too much. Overall, I would say you are on the right track 😎
