Stacey, you are one of the most decent, responsible and even minded person I've known. You stood firm even during a dark and difficult time. Thank you. And I had no idea anyone could pre would do that with mobile deposits. I thought banks identify the check numbers we take pictures of to prevent that type of criminal activity. Stacy, you need to read the federal check 21 law. This law was put in place in 2004 and specifically states that the receiving bank, not the check issuer is responsible for multiple deposits of any check. You received bad information that you are responsible for those multiple deposits.

I constantly shake my head in wonderment, Stacey. You have to be the strongest woman on earth. How you have kept your sanity is beyond my comprehension. I am soo glad that you did not let this person get away with this. I know you will probably never get your money back but I personally think the bank is partially responsible for your loss. I love the gelly consistency of the Cosmic Shimmer. I have had some of the metallic "rub" for several years and it hasn't ever dried out. You can use the Cosmic Shimmer pastes with a pallet knife for a thicker application. You can also use it with water and a brush like a watercolour. It dries water impervious. You can use the paste on a plain paper panel then run it through a Big Shot with an embossing folder for another effect (let it dry fully first - a few minutes). You can also use the pastes over an embossed surface or other dimensional stuff. If I could only choose to have one paste brand, it would be Cosmic Shimmer because it doesn't dry out.
