It's really fantastic that you very often show different possibilities for the same movement: instead of dumbbells resistance bands; instead of standing sitting; instead of lying, sitting. Its hard for me to understand how valuable a stretch workout is, I usually feel my workout should be hard and intense all the time everytime. But I have always failed those type. So going through this program now. Hopefully will see some changes at the end of 31 days. Thanks for these videos.

Day 3 workouts were way more beneficial than I expected, and I had to laugh during the Figure 4 stretch as I did it seated and realised it looked like I was cradling my leg like a newborn. Great job guys

Yes, the days coinside with the days of the month currently. Although you could do the warm-up and flexibility routine daily if you wanted.
