It's really fantastic that you very often show different possibilities for the same movement: instead of dumbbells resistance bands; instead of standing sitting; instead of lying, sitting. Thank you especially for that! I have already bought a course and am also doing the January course. You are doing a great job. Thank you very much!

Its hard for me to understand how valuable a stretch workout is, I usually feel my workout should be hard and intense all the time everytime. But I have always failed those type. So going through this program now. Hopefully will see some changes at the end of 31 days. Thanks for these videos.

Day 3 workouts were way more beneficial than I expected, and I had to laugh during the Figure 4 stretch as I did it seated and realised it looked like I was cradling my leg like a newborn. Great job guys

In chest stretch the im feeling stretch on lower back n shoulder. Is this expected or am I doing it wrong? Where all am I supposed to feel the stretch in this?

Yes that is correct. Do both on the same day.

Yes, the days coinside with the days of the month currently. Although you could do the warm-up and flexibility routine daily if you wanted.
