It's been awhile since I've worked out with you guys. I been trying to workout with different trainers on the you tube channel, just trying to switch up my workouts. I've heard it's good to change up so your body won't hit a plateau. It's working I'm seeing tremendous changes in my body when I began or started with you guys in April of 2020. Here we are in a new year and I'm back again with you 2... Yaaaah. Thanks to the both of you for your encouragement in helping us to take care of our bodies and just feel amazing! Phew that was killer. For shoulder press to take pressure off my back I use an door anchor and do them lying down. Also allows me to increase/decrease resistance by being further away from door.

Nice 2nd day workout. I was able to do these at home with my one and only dumbbells. Have no room for any more since I live in an apt. But I will go to the apt gym tomorrow or should I say apt room lol. There I will be able to use a heavier dumbbell. Anyway thanks guys. I did this one at 1030 pm and I feel great. Still the 2nd too lol.

You guys are really pumping out the content! Quality! Would you recommend doing this after one of your more straight-sets/bodybuilding type split workouts?

We Hope you're enjoying it! You Could certainly do this after that style of workout. How intense are those workouts when you're doing them and what is the workout duration? Those are the biggest factors. Intensity is the biggest component to a solid workout. You can have an intense but short workout or you can have a longer less intense workout. You're going to have to be in damn good condition to have a long and intense workout.

@@ACHVPEAK The workouts I've been doing range from 30 to about 45 min. I do compound workouts, pretty intense with some hiit incorporated in them. Endurance has certainly gotten 100% better!😊

@@ACHVPEAK Yeah, definitely enjoying them! I think we all appreciate you guys actually *do* the whole workout lol. I do one of your latest 30 minute push workouts, 30 min pull and there's a 27 minute legs you have so I do PPL, 3 days on, 1 off and repeat. I'll give it a try, but may prioritize mass type workouts if I have to choose one.

You should be using enough weight to make it tough but not impossible to finish each set. By the end of the first set of each exercise the muscle worked should be getting a nice burn going.

Keep watching our workouts! We had them designed for us and then had the designer show us how to adjust the times in and duration so we can change it as needed.

Yes. We are releasing the videos around noon (our time) the day before so people in times ones ahead and workout on the correct say. Parts of Australia are 17 hours ahead of us.
