If I use a 32 Weber on my 1400 will I still have to jet it?or I just put it as it is?
@carburettorrebuildservice89646 ай бұрын
Hi, it should work pretty well just as it is because the 32 Webers was designed for smaller engines, 1100 - 1500cc engines. Put it on, run it, you will see........

Hi....want too know if a solex 34-3 pict carb work on a nissan 1400?
@carburettorrebuildservice8964 Жыл бұрын
Hi, it will probably work but you have other options that will work batter and has been tested with good results. Rather try to find a 32 Weber

Hi I have 32DGAV and 36DCD for my nissan a15 turbo build, from what I can find, only the DG series can be modified for blow-through setups. Do you know if the 36DCD could be modified to handle boost? I have a rising rate fuel regulator with a 3bar pump
@carburettorrebuildservice8964 Жыл бұрын
Hi Frikkie, the DCD will not work as it has brass floats and no seals on the shafts. unless you put it in a enclosure. The DGV carb should work if you have one with a plastic float and jet it correctly. i an currently building a A15 turbo but i have a turbo Dellorto carb that i will be using. the DGV should be interesting to do, i might just do one just for the hell of it. you can WhatsApp me on 060 654 6966

@@carburettorrebuildservice8964 thanks for the info! I jetted the 32DGV for E85, but it still has a brass float..wonder how long it will hold😅 You should post a video of your turbo build, would love to see it

You didn't show where to block off that accelerator pumps on yhe Card.. the things that give more petrol.. as I want to put one on my 1300 Tazz.. and I suppose would needto block those extra petrol areas

Hi there . Great video. Just bought a 2nd 1400 . And love it so far . Bought it for work and back . With fuel consumption in mind can you maybe recommend a caberator
@carburettorrebuildservice89642 жыл бұрын
Yes, i would suggest a 36 DCD Weber, easy to jet for your needs.

@@carburettorrebuildservice8964 Thank you i think i will keep my one at the front to keep the fuel line away from the heat from the extractors
