For that money living & dining area should be bigger. I hate to see what the studio & 1 bedroom look like.. Also, the amenities area should have been decked out! No lounge chairs by the pool. Also why would they have management office on the roof- it should be on ground Flr - as they need that space for play area for the kids and/ or use it for a barbecue grill etc. Disappointed..smh.

Very Very Very much overprice the area is nice I known that for real I use to work in that area years ago, at the blue cross building don't know how it is now, the unit was designed poorly too many Square corners that eats into the spaces , so I think the price is for the amenity, area and security , not for the unit. anywhere between 20 -25 millions would be a acceptable asking price, even those its in Kingston.
