I like to see how Jamaica is developing. I notice you’ve been showing a lot of very nice new developments. Some with some healthy price tags. They wouldn’t be building them if it’s wasn’t people with healthy pockets to fill them. You don’t prepare products where there is no demand. There also must be some good paying jobs.

The main issue for Jamaica is the violence, which comes as a result of the “bad man culture” that has been promoted by pop culture and the corruption that has become the way of life for far too many people.

Roch, I didn't hear the price for that particular unit. The developer said the prices range from 19-25m but not for the specific one that was available.

I guess if you're interested and you want that unit you got an estimate of what the price range is. So dont expect to go below 19 or above 25; you can negotiate
