I'm old school and I like a living room that's not part of the kitchen. And the space was still nice and open without everything feeling like it was in the same room. On a scale of 1-10 this house is an 11!

I've seen a house that looks quite similar to this one about 5 years ago on this very channel, it was 24 Roberson Drive, Ajax. They both look amazing but this one takes the win because of the interior design👌

Canada must be doing something right. Seems everybody is doing well,to exceptionally well,going by the real-estate. Even the smaller homes all have really nice basements. Just beautiful homes an a lovely lady to talk you thru the tour of these homes. For those that don't know, Kim has a KZbin channel. She has some great recipes she shares .
