I don't agree with the beer belly thing. Maybe some girls like it but I guarantee that (at least for me), I definitely experienced a dip in getting laid compared to when I was cutting down on drinking and actually working out at taking care of myself and appearance. HUGE difference. Besides, you can't have veiny arms and a square upper body whilst enlarging your beer belly. Unless you're a strong man competitor that dirty bulks....Then maybe. Some of these are stereotypical as well as a very interesting peer into the theory that biology accounts more than societal norms with attraction. I can appreciate it as well as cringe at it but it is what it is. Remember fellow guys don't mimic these things, be these things. Its all about how you carry yourselves through life and you can't fake that.

I think confidence also plays a big part, if you are overweight and do nothing about it usually that is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Whereas most guys that go to gym get pumped up and start having a lot of confidence especially after they see changes. Though from personal experience some girls DO prefer bigger guys maybe a few pounds over but nothing crazy, I used to be close to 300lbs at 5'11 and no one would believe me. Once i started a physical type of job going from a desk job i dropped to 205, then i was promoted and got back a desk job gained weight back to 265 started to head back to the gym (currently 230) I noticed that i got a lot of positive responses (social media, in person etc) when i mentioned going to the gym or posted gym snaps.

We're long past the 1950s, guys. It should be common knowledge that women get their periods every 28 days or so, they may experience anything from minor inconvenience to major pain during the worst of it. It's just part of the human condition, and the thing for you to do is treat your girlfriend or wife the way you would like to be treated when you're being made physically uncomfortable by something you can't control.
