You nailed it with this one at least for me. I lost my home and every thing I had in a wildfire. I no longer want a lot of stuff or the maintenance of it. I love the two porches (the back one I would screen in). The storage when you enter and the TV fireplace wall. The kitchen is perfect and I love the built in dining bench and the laundry closet as well as the closet in the bedroom. I live in the United States and I wish developers would create communities of small houses that aren't attached to wheels.

The bedroom lacks a window that could be opened. The double doors, while providing light, don’t allow open air when it might be a security issue to leave the doors open.

Many of these plans seem to be designed for a crowded suburban development because they have few or no windows on either end, just front and back. A pair of narrow windows could be added to the bedroom.

Cute! Add bookcase nightstands in the bedroom, change the doors to a window, and add a tv. Screen in the back porch, and lose the picnic table for a patio table and chairs. Add a mantel over the fireplace, another chair, and lose the big coffee table. Add a whirlpool bathtub.

This is a cute place for a single or couple. I would eliminate the artificial fireplace in favor of more seating in the living room. The dish cabinet helps to make up for the small number of upper cabinets in the kitchen.

Love your designs and love that you're doing smaller designs as well! I would love for you to incorporate more "tiny house" thinking which is the idea that almost all rooms serve as dual use. E.g. the bedroom could also be a office by having the bed fold up and expose a table. Many such smart furnitures exist :)

Very nice kitchen. Plenty of countertop space and storage! One of the better plans for using every inch of space. Bedroom is kinda small tho.

For this Size, it has a really great layout, best I have seen so far & I have looked at a lot. Would like to know what the dimensions of the bedroom (what size bed would fit?) & bathroom (would possibly need to apply grab bars) Like laundry area is set up for washer & dryer & that it is tucked away directly across from bathroom. dishwasher was a big plus. Love French doors to porch off bedroom & Livingroom. Changes we would make are to Mirror image (to fit our land layout) & the roof, would like a double shed roof (for solar panels) with Clerestory windows on back side.

Saya suka sekali dengan desain kali ini. Sangat imut dan menggemaskan. Warna fasad yang terang (putih) cocok untuk rumah yang mungil. Rumah ini banyak bukaan (pintu dan jendela), di siang hari akan penuh dengan sinar matahari, jadi tidak perlu banyak menyalakan lampu. Di ruang keluarga saya hanya akan menghilangkan perapian karena saya berada di daerah tropis. Yang saya butuhkan AC tentunya. Konsep meja makan dengan menggunakan bench tanam, cocok untuk ruang makan yang mungil. Area laundry yang tertutup seperti itu juga terkesan rapi. Untuk area ruang tidur, saya sangat menyukai pilihan wallpapernya, warnanya serasi dengan warna lemari pakaiannya. Saya akan memakai wallpaper itu untuk seluruh dinding kamar tidur. Atau hanya satu sisi seperti pada desain, tetapi dinding lainnya akan saya cat warna putih kehijauan atau krem. Pintu kacanya akan saya ganti dengan jendela yang besar. Rumah ini sangat cocok untuk pasangan muda atau pasangan lansia atau seseorang single seperti saya. Salah satu desain favorit saya.
