I stand corrected. After rewatching the video I see the outside is the same. But why do you put a window in front of the toilet? That I would have to change.

I would change the window on that side to long narrow ones up towards the ceiling. Let’s light in, but not letting someone look in.

Very Nice Home. Personally, floorplan & design of home flow well. Few things I would tweak ; such as some various sizes of windows.

Entry needs more substantial place 4 coats/boots etc. Pantry seems best where you have laundry. Lose the barn door to living area & close up that wall. Utilize space on other side for laundry area maybe. Pocket doors 2 closets & baths good option to save space. Mmm forget that lg window in powder rm up front 😳😬. Has good ideas to share, TY☺️

I like this one! It has a generous entry and good-sized living, dining and kitchen areas. The pantry has both storage and counter to supplement the kitchen. I like the style of the shower stall in the master bath. Unlike those enclosed in glass, this one has minimal clean-up after showering. I think a pocket door would work better than a barn door for the master bath. This plan was well thought out.

I agree. This is one of the best two-bedroom layouts. All functional areas are available. But the size of the house (10x11 m) is already difficult to call small. Perhaps there are too many windows (4) in the master bedroom, this reduces the level of privacy, but this is a matter of individual preferences.

Entrée séparée sympa Positionnement cuisine, garde-manger, et espace linge bien effectué avec la porte vers l'extérieur. J'aurais ouvert la chambre sur la terrasse par une porte par contre et réduit la salle de bain pour avoir un grand espace ouvert et indépendant vers l'extérieur. Sinon il serait plus judicieux de mettre le foyer entre la chambre et le salon pour éviter les pertes de chaleur avec le nombre de fenêtre. Bien joué Bonne journée 💪
