This house is perfection. It even has a front and garage entrance vestibules for putting away coats, boots, etc. An attached garage and even a bathroom for every bedroom. It’s fabulous.

This is the best plan I’ve seen. For me, personally, since I’m old 😊I’d want a wall oven/microwave combo across from the fridge, all drawers in the pantry and the kitchen except for under the sink, and no tub….but, the house is beautiful and functional as it is. Love the wood ceilings.👏👏👏

I absolutely love the built-in's and the surround/mantal for the fireplace, the stain of the wood, the hardwood floor are perfect. The master bathroom was a bit on the weird side. I would have loved to have seen a sunroom and the laundry room closer to garage and mudroom. The garage needs an ADU. Other than that, it is gorgeous

This is the one.... I do not see anything major I would change.. Make the master bathroom shower a little larger. Very easy fix!!!

Loved the double front doors on the porch until I realized you can only open the right one partially until it hits the wall. Nice flow to the design though. Bedrooms need ample room for a dresser AND a chest of drawers. NYC apartments have this issue with the bedroom size and they make it up with drawers and space in the closets. These closets, however, are too small.

Instead of that little wall between dinning and kitchen put a beam in there and the first two bedroom a little bigger with real closets. Looks like no space to put their things or a dresser. Be nice if utility has no door. Other than that it is a great place.

I love it most of it but kitchen needs to be bigger it is tge focus of most open floor plan homes in US. Laundry too. Off garage would by gargae would allow few more feet for bedroom/baths 1/2. Im a no to bathtub so big showe/sauna in master.

Garage is too small. More room is needed for lawnmower, tools and maybe a motorcycle and bicycles. And just general storage and a second refrigerator.
