Panic always brings me here. It's so hard to deal with for me when I'm absoluetly terrified, but this helps me out a lot. I do a lot of writing, mostly poetry and essays on God. And when I hear this kind of music and background music with it, it keeps my mind, heart and soul more focused upon what I am doing. Also when things are going hard or bad this kind of music calms me down to keep me focused on God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit, and gets me to where I need to be and what I need to do.

I suffer from severe tension headaches when I’m stressed and the only thing that I can do to get rid of them is relax. I put this on, breathe slowly and try to relax my entire body. It helps the headaches to go away and puts me to sleep. Sometimes I just put it on when I can’t sleep and then I sleep like a baby. This seriously got me through school a couple of years and I use it during stressful periods of uni. Wish I could have it on Spotify or itunes - love it soooo much!

Its in Siskiyou County, CA on Mt. Shasta. A tiny town with falls that are their pride and joy. So happy to have visited there, although I went there (209 mi.) to be able to "wolf watch" the Shasta Pack. Many people there are prejudiced against wolves, claiming to have seen a wolf attack a human in Washington St. etc. and now the Shasta Pack has been missing for a year--the first pack to establilsh itself in Calif. in 96 years or so.
