2015 Honda Accord EX V6 review

Very nice review. My 2007 Accord EX-L V6 just passed 202,000 worry free miles. Combined mileage is around 25 mpg, and it rides as smooth as silk with Michelin Primacy V-rated tires. Almost time for a new one !!

Insurance rate is the same as the I4. V6 classified merely as the "EX" model.

@ 4.22 it does not have blind spot monitoring. That light is forward collision warning.

rob campbell this car does have blind spot monitoring. The camera is under the passenger side mirror. You are correct about the light being forward collision, however.

Now that its been a couple of years I bet you are glad you opted for the v 6 . I went from a 4 banger honda to a g37 sedan with 7 speed auto and have never regretted it. I love the honda v6 too even though it is down 50 hp from g37 .

@@soulerflare7 as someone who has owned both that is a complete lie. Not even to mention the fact that the g37 takes premium which adds even more to the mpg cost. Accord is the better car. I'm assuming your g37 isn't over 100k miles yet?

@@burneraccount5121 it 220k . It's better than an accord any day . Sportier , more power , better looking (like me ) , better handling . You haven't owned a G37 so quit your play acting .

Just bought a 2015 Accord EX-L V6 3.5L w/44k miles and this thing is fun to drive. I drive a 3500HD Duramax and I got to tell ya, I love my truck but this car gets great MPG and love driving it. First car since 2009 having owned trucks, but great little car to cruise in around town. Look forward to taking it on a road trip! Just purchased the Michelin CrossClimate 2's from Costco ($150 off) a set of new tires right now. Discount tire wanted $200 more for the same set. Anybody have had experience with the CrossClimate 2's? Been thinking about having some fun and doing to upgrades, any suggestions?

For the v6 it’s around 5.7 seconds

Not sure who needs to hear this but… the 2015 v6 do not come with a cvt transmission. Seeing a lot of comments about it here on a v6 review lol

3 people I know with CVT’s have had to had their transmissions replaced under 100k. One had only 40k on theirs.

@@jonf5620 mines got 160k on it. Bought it new...I mean granted I'm pretty nice to it 90 percent of the time but I mean, it's not that bad. I still like the 6AT in my Lexus GS better but it wouldn't keep me from recommending the car

We have two 2013 EX sedans with the CVT. One has 77k and the other has 116k. Zero issues with either.
