It's basically an Accord with a hatchback 😂 They discontinued it because it was deemed "ugly" just for so many sedan hatchbacks to look like this now. Literally the new model Honda Civic hatchback looks almost identical to the Crosstour. It was just ahead of it's time. SUV hatchbacks were more popular (kinda still is) but more people are turning to sedans with hatchbacks for extra cargo without paying extra gas of a SUV.

I can't tell you how much I love this car. I had a 2010 which had 183000 miles. Just traded it in on a 2014 with 90000 less miles as they stopped making them in 2015 and I can't afford a Porsche Panamera. It really is a love or hate thing on the looks and I get that., but the mix of a 4wd v6 that's sits higher than an a traditional Accord and not so high as other SUVs it is perfect. It drives incredibility well and it isn't a Porsche but it does have power. Can't recommend this car enough.

Is a shame that they didn't continue this model in states, but strangely they continue this crossover mid-size SUV concept in the Chinese market (a model called Avanicer).

2010 Crosstour owner here with 220k miles and still runs like a dream. I'd love to pick up a 2015 when mine finally dies. Or convince Honda to start making them again.

Honda will never make the crosstour again unfortunately. And even if they did, It would just never be the same. if you want a 2015, and especially a 2015 V6, You need to buy one now. there is very very few left available of the 2015s, let alone the facelifts in general. i have a 2015, its great.

Why you need to be careful with a Honda 3.5 with 99K: you’ll be spending another $1200-1500 for a timing belt and water pump replacement at 100K. Toyota 3.5 uses a chain. Cheaper maintenance. Venza is a better option in this field.

@@hurricanes___6982 God.. so I went through carvana. And at the time of me typing the previous comment. It would have been delivered around a week after. But the car didn't even pass inspection 2 days before delivery. Axle, front bearings... ect. So much wrong with it. I ended up getting a 2011 Mazda miata touring edition. I actually just saw a crosstour the other day in my work parking lot and I really wish I got one. The one I was purchasing was all white with tan leather interior. The one I saw at work was all black with black leather interior. I am very happy with my miata.. but I'm having such buyers regret with not getting a crosstour. They're so sleek and gorgeous for a crossover suv. Maybe my second car will be a crosstour.

@@biancawagstaff5554 I know it’s too late, feel bad you had to settle but I personally owned the 2015 sedan accord, and a friend who has the crosstour. The Crosstour sits noticeably higher but isn’t near the height of a standard suv.

About 18mpg not super great, highway can get up to 28 average about

Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai are as "American made" as "American" manufacturers. It's cheaper to build them here with American labor than it is to pay tariffs. And the imports I mentioned have a history of expanding here and hiring more Americans to do the work which is more than I can say for "American" cars. And last time I checked Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai aren't going bankrupt and borrowing money like GM and then not paying it all back. So that's another plus for these "imports" and a real negative for GM. If I were buying new I'd definitely buy an American made in 7 American states Toyota, a Hyundai made in America or a Honda made in America. Anyone else's opinion is fine with me as long as they don't try to manipulate or bully me every time I have my own opinion.

Oh yeah, 100K on a Honda is nothing. I'm looking for one of those, but not V6, I strongly prefer the 2.4l 4cyl., don't get me wrong, I'd love a V6 it's so powerful, but i can't stand the anxiety of having an engine with a rubber timing belt, please forgive me but that's stupid.

@@midgetmaster1122 I understand what the badge says, but what you're describing is literally an on demand AWD system, exactly like the system used by Honda in their vehicles. 4WD requires a manual selector for the transfer case, AWD does not. Plenty of car companies incorrectly identify their cars as 4x4, and most people go with it because the lay person thinks the two are interchangeable. This simply isn't the case.
