Awful - but to be even-handed, can you imagine living with Harry? He had absolutely no idea what real life was like beyond Palace walls and aside from having no life experience, he's also incredibly immature, none too bright and can't take responsiblity for his mistakes. For a reasonably intelligent woman - and as she has a degree we must assume MM is that - it must be like being married to a petulant teenager. Still - I've no sympathy for her either. I agree considering H is well known for his aggression (a previous ex described him as cold, aggressive, arrogant and paranoid). While his temper and lashing out have been evident since childhood which led to other children avoiding him. Documented evidence exists of him losing it with his own staff, bullying and mocking a disabled school nurse, bullying and levelling racist slurs at colleagues while a celeb drummer stated that for no reason harry slapped him in the face just for fun and faced no consequences. In fact no matter how indefensible or egregious his words, actions or behaviour its somehow never his fault and never solely his responsibility, which only enables harry's mantra of never taking responsibility but instead blames his family, his friends, the media, the UK and any and everyone else for HIS failing, flaws, inadequacies and disturbing traits.

The law is the law, so royal divorces are the same as any other. I'm not saying Markle expects to get a pay-out from Charles, but if she did, it's not Charles she married - it's Harry. She'd only be entitled to claim from him. That said, if the Sussexes were broke I can't see the RF allowing the children to suffer, apart from all else the press would tear Charles into tiny shreds if he sat on his millions and left two children without a decent home, lifestyle and education. Beatrice and Eugenie were well looked after but Sarah had to work for a living. I'd imagine the same would be true for Markle in the event of a divorce and her finding herself in a financial hole.

Children grow up and there's only so long the Sussexes could hide their pretend children from all public spaces before concerns would be raised and authorities involved. Besides which, they have been seen by others. James Cordon being one. I can't see him risking his own reputation by lying to help out Harry. He could be implicated in some form of fraud, too, having lied about two children who are in the line of succession but don't exist. One of the other people who has seen both children is the journalist who wrote that rather blunt and unflattering article for The Cut, and who rather suspiciously lost her job shortly thereafter! I don't think those particular rumours can be true - at least, not according to one of the reliable royal authors - could have been Valentine Low or possibly Tom Bower. The actual royals can't access any money because they don't manage the finances of their foundations and trusts, they have a board of directors and trustees who do all of that and it's all subject to very specific laws. It makes sense because Royals have to be squeaky clean and above suspicion. What might be true is what one of these authors said, which was that the Sussexes didn't realise that the Royal Foundation was sewn up tighter than a drum. Not only in terms of the finances but also its overall management. They could input ideas and be part of certain things, but everything has to go through the board for legal and financial purposes. This is said to have come as a bit of a shock to H & M - although why Harry would be shocked is beyond me. He should have known how these things work. The split was reported in various newspapers along with denials that it was due to a rift between the two couples. That's when H & M set up "Sussex Royal", but that, too, would have been subject to exactly the same laws and conditions as the Royal Foundation. I'm going to be snarky here and suggest that perhaps MM had some idea how certain charitable foundations work in the US, thought the same might be true here and when it turned out not to be the case they went to Plan B (leave the RF) perhaps a tad quicker than they otherwise might have done! The hardest thing for anyone to comprehend is the fear these type of people instill. Even 30 years after I got out of that type of relationship I still wonder how I became so afraid. The feeling they instill is that if they leave you will drop dead. First they put you through a long sweet loving smothering attitude mine took 3 years during that time small Snippets eroded my sense of self and my perspective on the world. It eventually brought me to the point I couldn't make any decisions my mind ran in circles and never stopped. Even after the first inklings that something was wrong it took me four years to finally get myself free. It was the damage I saw happening to my children that made me Brave my death. Not a physical death the psychological and emotional death. You don't come out of these relationships unchanged I can't even recognize younger self anymore. Very similar experience. Left a number of times in 10 years of marriage - I was always followed, and either charmed or threatened to return, except for that last time, when I stood my ground. I moved halfway across the country, but always a tiny fear persisted. I would think that, if there's a split and it's definitely irreparable, Harry would have to face up to quite a few things. There's the finances, the fact that he's adrift from his family and old friends, the "I told you so's" and perhaps also his pre-marriage ideas about divorce. Since leaving the RF Harry has given me the impression that he became a little over-confident about his love-story-of-the-century, and that caused him to criticise his grandparents and his father for handing down their 'genetic pain'. He seemed to believe that he was the only one who had found meaningful love - all the others married someone that fitted the mould, but not Harry! He was going to have the perfect life with the perfect wife, and together they would be the perfect parents that he never had. From a public perspective I don't think he'll find it easy to admit that it's all gone pear-shaped, but I think it will be far, far harder to face his father because he - Harry - will have done the same thing that he's been so critical of his father for doing, especially if he's ever had so much as a date with another woman! .

🇬🇧 I remember reading an article about some serious trouble which was viewed by the Royal Family as enough to give ultimatums to the Harkles while they were still in Britain. It was stated that, unbelievably, ms markle had tried to sell Frogmore Cottage. She viewed it as belonging to her & harry as it was gifted to them by the Queen. She thought this gave her carte blanche to sell the property. Not realising that all the Royal property belongs to the monarch, thus the Crown. Being gifted meant living rent free in a substantial property, in prominent locations, decorated & maintained by the monarch etc but it couldn't be OWNED outright, it belonged to the Queen. The problem arose when the property agents asked the Palace for the Deeds to Frogmore Cottage. Of course it came out that ms markle, disliking Frogmore had decided to sell it Unknown to Harry ( who would have told her she couldn't sell it, it still belonged to his Grandmother, the Queen) There was a rigamarole about this, as the estate agent has asked ms markle for the deeds to complete the sale However she couldn't hand over the deeds because as harry told her when she asked about them that the deeds were kept by the Palace, but neglected to ask her why she needed to see them. It had been the property agents who spilled the article. Their buyer was furious & threatened to sue them etc. The palace had informed the property agents that ms markle didn't own the property etc etc Nothing much was heard after that but It seems this act by markle caused serious discussion in the RF. With her alleged purloining of jewellery & other items from Kensington Palace & other un named transgressions, it ended by the Queen asking them to leave Britain. Not the other way round quoted by markle & harry! What utter brass necked cheek to try & sell a house gifted to them by the monarch then try & sell it, sneakily...!! My own mother was a terrible narcissist, and I see MM being very similar to her (my opinion). They don’t like children, or anyone for that fact, and ARE terrifying. We kids were terrified of her, as well as my dad. She abused us all and never accepted one ounce of responsibility. It was everyone else’s fault and she lived her whole life in the past and never quit complaining and blaming everyone but herself. Totally exhausting! I finally stopped taking her abuse and cut off communication when I was 33! Best thing I ever did! H needs to walk away, and they should split what they’ve made together. He should not have to give her any of his inheritance!!! Again, my opinion!

They will only divorce fully, when its convenient for her-not him. I believe they have v separate lives at this point. And that hes scared of what stories she may tell about him. I think she uses those threats, to control him. She'll cling onto that title for dear life. Ironically, if KC removes them, it may be the best thing that could happen for him. Then all shell keep him for, is his inheritance. Then, we'll hear about the divorce-and its gonna be a dirty one!

he's watched her cruelty to her own family and his. he was fine with that being done to others; he even partook. so at the very least, henry knows what to expect from her when she directs it fully on him. she manhandled him when she was still in the throes of the "our most perfect-est love" acting role of her lifetime. the only chip of his that is of any marginal worth to her is titles. and those pseudo-sussex" titles are laughable these days. he's brought all this upon himself.

I was listening rather than looking at my screen at the images and I knew the devil showed himself with your giggle. But on a serious note I imagine about now Harry sleeps with one eye open all night. He is exhausted and as you say he has discovered that when one of MM’s eye starts winking as he asks questions and her lower jaw starts to elongate 4 inches he jolts up from the seat and says well, gotta go, got lots of things to do.
