Nice but the taxes kill it if you decide to build a new year round cabin . You would be accessed where you would be paying 3 k plus on property tax . That's just too much for me . I want to escape high property taxes

All due respect I beg to differ. I wouldn't push the fact that it's a tear down. I have rebuilt places a lot worse than that Tufts to tell by the video. But it looks pretty dry for the most part unlock to work with. $50,000 cash???? I'm going to call a few friends maybe I'll be in touch.
