I love how some of these beautiful upcycles can also be made for young girls. I have a 7 yr old granddaughter and she loves clothes. I'm also teaching her to sew. I taught her daddy (my son) and my daughter is learning. My daughter and I love thrifting and we have found some beautiful pieces to upcycle. This Upcycles review was excellent. How ingenious it is to duplicate the body's measurements and create a pattern using tape. I really adore how the shirt is shirred in the front to resemble the shirtdress that plunges.
