@bolty4102 the V10 and V8 engines where made to rev that high and where Naturally Aspirated as well, hybrid ones are turbocharged and made to rev at 12.5k, they can go to max 15k but it's not worth cause above 12.5 the turbo loses it's efficiency so reving a hybrid f1 engine above 13k rpm will kill the engine cause the teams don't project then to go that high. Also you're wrong about f2004, the car only go to max 18k, the only cars from 2004 that really could go 19k+ where fw26, mp4/19 and renault r24.
