Let's be honest: he's only NOW declaring any interest in his niece and nephews, because he sees them as a way to 1) attach himself to the BRF and stay relevant 2) get inside intel from the kids about the BRF I cannot recall ANY pictures of him with any of the kids ever. In my opinion, H would have used his connection with the true Royal kids for his own gain ("look at me, I'm the beloved uncle of the Royal kids, I have a better relationship with them than their own parents!") and, if allowed to have conversations with them, he would undermine their relationship with their parents and even grandparents, he would do everything he could to distance them from their parents and the rest of the family. Harry could have been by his brothers side, supporting and sharing the heavy load of royal duties as a team. Unfortunately Harry is weak, jealous and an addictive personality, which gets in the way of a harmonious life. He decided to bring a totally unsuitable female into the family, knowing what harm he was causing to the RF. The harm he has caused cannot ever be forgiven or forgotten. William must have been heartbroken, but will stay resolute and protect his family from harrys toxic behaviours.

his one big regret is that the Wales children were born so he could be next in succession. If he cared about his niece and nephews he wouldn't have trashed their parents and their whole family and wouldn't have allowed his wife to bring Charlotte and Catherine to tears.
