in this video DC Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board Course Repair / Function / Troubleshooting - Part 1. in this part i discussed the components in EMI Electromagnetic Induction / RFI Radio frequency interference. it contains fuse for current protection, first stage filter for high frequency harmonics, mov metal oxide varistor for high voltage protection, surge arrester for lightening arrester. then we have PTC for positive temperature co-efficient to protect over current surges. then there is a a bypass relay to operate the circuit in normal mode. in any conditions the microcontroller turns off the bypass relay and the circuit load is transferred to PTC for more protection

it seems there is a low voltage power supply (smps) have some problem if line voltage are present, in that case the circuit must display something and the microcontroller have to initialize and start display

Hi hasseb, thank you for sharing your knowledge, maybe you do have exsperience with Daikin inverter Air Conditioner system, Unfortunately couple years ago i bought used Daikin AC with two different Systems the guy who sell the equipment didn't mentioned that the internal unit was running on Daikin multi split system and external unit was for single unit ,now i have two totally different Systems, the main issues will be to connect electronic exspansions valve on this system, i was thinking to buy on aliexpress universal ac inverter driver unit but my Daikin compressor is to strong for thier driver electronic ,do you have any idea to resolve my problem?

first capacitor works in conjunction with first dual line inductor and it makes a cut-off frequency to make a low pass filter. and it stops all high frequency noises to entering in the board

most commonly E6 is communication error in maost air conditioners check the both optocouplers in outdoor unit board or IC check also indoor unit ICs and communication wire

My main problem is with the communication issues E6 error.... my gree 12btu was working fine lastnight and this morning it have an E6 error... I turn the unit off disconnected power for some time yet know difference, how to fix are understand the communication circuit or those optocouplers

verify the signal wire, in some situations this signal wire gets breaks and increased resistance due to weather effect if the signal wire is good, then inspect the outdoor unit an indoor unit optocouplers or communication interface
