'Young' is my favorite Baekhyun song! I know he doesn't get to show off his vocals as much as in his actual solo songs, but the production wins in this case. Glad you liked it too.

Young was an SM Station song. From what I can understand the song is about the normative aspects of Korean society, particularly the schools, to produce mind-numbing conformity in Korean young people. The conveyor belts represent society as a factory, going round and round in endless circles. The balls of clay start in unique shapes, but are all rounded off to identical spheres. The different colors are all stomped into ugly brown-green. In the MV Baekhyun and Loco tear down the factory. That's what I understand, anyway. SM Station was a program that produced unique one-off collabs and songs like this, with SM artists mostly. Loco is not an SM artist, so obviously that wasn't a requirement. It started in 2016, and at one point was producing a song a week. Most of the songs were not promoted at all. If you go through the catalog, you'll have lots of WTF moments. It was creativity, just for the sake of music. There are some awesome songs in the Station catalog.
