From 8 minutes 30 seconds ish onwards I promote the excellent TBI and PCS podcast "A Battle Within" audio podcast that has 70 plus episodes of guests with TBI and PCS. I've just been a guest. The episode with me is also due out on Monday 29th June.
It's an excellent podcast, on it Terry, a TBI warrior and her husband (who puts the podcast together) host and interview various folk effected by TBI and PCS. I honestly could not recommend it any higher, even if I was never a guest! :)
In this episode I also spent the first 8 minutes promoting my friend's Black Lives Matter which was a Zoom Production via Facebook on Monday 29th June.

I thought you might like to know from another TBI survivor (and a fan of your lovely & honest videos)... i receive great relief from "floating"... de-stimulation in a salt water tank. First discovered benefits in Alaska & have found a place in Colorado now. It is such a relief to my tired brain. Very healing, no drugs, all good. Blessings my friend!
