The sink should be where the stove is-it’s very inconvenient to not have a bit of counter space on either side of the kitchen sink. I didn’t see any bathroom on the main floor? The moldings are beautiful!

Because of the cost of the material(cheaper), they're more termical than the bricks houses and the weather conditions in Canada and US(like heavy rains,earthquakes, hurricanes etc etc etc)are kinda severe.
