How to make your own jewelry from scratch
Hey girls, since Christmas is approaching, why not kick it up a notch by adding some awesome jewelry pieces to your outfit. In this video, I show you some awesome ways to do that.
- I show you how to make your own bracelet beads using newspaper. Simply cut the newspaper in smaller square pieces and dip it in some PVA glue. Then, crumble it up in a ball and pierce it with a toothpick. Finally, color it with some food colouring and some markers, and you are all set.
- You can use pistachio shells to make a beautiful necklace that you can wear at a party.
- You can make your own artificial resin using hot water mixed with sugar.
- I also show you how to grow your own crystals that you can use as rings or are necklaces.

As someone who makes and recycles jewelry as a hobby I find this video most amusing. I will admit the earring at 10:10 was something I have done before as a gift to a math teacher who enjoyed novel earrings. I do however this channel, your main channel, and maybe someday by extension your company get bought out and/ or re-branded to make things that are useful with a minimal point of reference, research and sincere creativity. As well to absolutely anyone who considered any of the above 'clinically insane jewelry ideas' for looking swell on there own consider the reason they only really show the head and neck of those modeling these monstrosity's, the short answer is that they look like garbage no matter what you pair them with below your neck. I do not mean ANY disrespect to those who actually enjoy these types of things however I am certain that these things are nothing more then a poorly orchestrated attempt at quirky design made by a toddler who's discovered scissors and glitter at the same time and swears it as modern fashion. Though to you 5 minute crafts, I guess it wold be.
