You said all the pokemon are full odds but all shiny legendary pokemon in go have a very high shiny odds of 1/20. Also, u can use outbreak to help you hunt specific pokemon with out booting the shiny odds of finding it just to let you know.

GO is the only way to legitimately hunt the Galarian birds so it’s the fullest odds you can encounter them at. 🤷‍♂️ Plus they almost never spawn. Took over 700 incense encounters to find Articuno and over 500 to find Zapdos. As for outbreaks, I’m aware. I just prefer random encounters.
