hello sir , in "Framework\InitAllSettings.xaml" if we read another sheet like sheet 1 we will change the value in in_ConfigSheets value section . sir my question is kya hame argument main jake default value bhi change karni hogi or wo override ho jaye gi apne ap.

Yes , Init All Settings me Input argument me jis bhi sheet ka naam mention hoga - Robot siff unhi ko read karega - If I add a new sheet (Sheet 1) , this has to be passed as Input argument in the xaml otherwise it will not read. Also, Don't trust me - Try it yourself :P
