Just came on to stalk this old episode and prove to myself that I did indeed have 100g of that ducky darlings yarn once upon a time lol... I have completed one sock and lost one of the 50g balls of yarn I wound up whilst pregnant 4 years ago.... the chance of me knowing where the other ball is now is slim to none but atleast I know it did exist lol Oh my gosh Ali yourve done amazing, congratulations

Most are just about wide enough for two cars to pass, but where they are not there's always passing places you can reverse or pull forward to in order to pass - it sounds hairy but you get used to it! Plus I have teeny little Toyota Aygo, so I can squeeze past anything, heehee! :) xx

My tip for color work is to go up a needle size for the colorwork bits. Also. Do not pull your floats tightly. I think you will do great at it!

The tripod I got from eBay for about £3! Just search for an "adjustable mini octopus tripod stand", they're really handy! xx

Some morning knitting while I watch - actually I finished my first wip for Amy's knitwipkal. So thank you! Such fun watching your videos as out and about - love Pheobe cam! Lovely to see your sister (though her bag is far too dodgy). We lived in Newbury before Suffolk, sadly no yarn festivals or sweet looking yarn shops then... Your makes are as gorgeous as always, every time I see your memory keeper's shawl I feel the need to make it even more. And you will be gadding about beautifully! I would love to join in the Strictly fun - it really did look so much fun last year - but (whispers) I don't watch Strictly. Just how flexible are the rules?! You are one ahead of me then :D The rules are extremely flexible...last year somebody knit their's whilst mainly watching re-runs of the A-team (as that's what her sons wanted to watch at the same time Strictly was on) - you just have to be able to convince me they were knit in the Strictly spirit, which I am sure they will be! The rule breaking..um...I mean creative rule bending...is all part of the fun! Thank you so much Claire :) xx
