I love this LUCA format. Didn’t have a lot of time today but wanted to get a good one in and it did the job. I stayed with you during the stretches and listened to you talk about the possibility of joining the forum talking about health and menopause etc. I think you should do it. Some of our worst self-doubt comes from reading comments from all of the fans, but also the trolls and the haters. I think for your participation in groups like this, you should stick to listening to the round table of professionals that are involved. We all respond differently and need a variety to choose from so input from a variety of resources and methods is all valuable. Trust yourself as so many of us do, daily! 💪

Tracy, done and I loved as always. If you allow me to write a few words about what you shared with us... the invitation that you received. The two voices you mentioned in your head telling you what or what not to do.. I believe you know who they are...LOL One is your ego that doesn't want you to step out of your comfort zone and take risks. The other is your intuition, your soul. Your intuition and soul wants you to grow, learn and gain wings to be the best version of yourself and fulfill your purpose in this life. And what a blessing that you know what your purpose is. The vast majority of people on this planet have no idea. So, as you said, analyze whether the invitation is aligned with your ideals and purpose and give yourself the chance. Great workout to start the day! Thanks, Tracy. We know you will come to the decision that is right for you, but you have thousands of us who all know you are absolutely the right person for this (assuming your due diligence shows it aligns with you!). I’m reading a great book that talks about there is no win or lose, just win or learn, but learning is winning so really it’s a win or win situation! “People like us do hard things”, right?! 😉

Luca is always a classic. Unless the people doing the documentary show some sort of lack of integrity, I don't see why not to do it? What if you fail? Fail to what? Telling women the benefits of exercising through old age and menopause? It really will be another avenue for you to do what you do on your social media platform. What if I'm wrong? You're not, but if so you need to find out. Scared to put yourself out there? I'm sure it was when you entered the bodybuilding competition. I'm sure it was when you started a workout KZbin channel. I'm sure it was when you became an entrepreneur. I'm sure it was when your followers went into the 6 figures and I'm it will be when you get to 7. Looks to me like you have a nice family and friend support system to lean on. I always recommend the Lord when in doubt. Canadians are tough. Keep us posted. Nice work Blondie. 💪🏽

I have just started facilitating a course I wrote called “In search of happy”. I’m am totally out of my comfort zone. I have imposter syndrome and voices from childhood that say “who do you think you are?” BUT I know about Mental Health, I know about suffering. So YES I can do this. And YOU Tracy. YOU know your stuff. So whether it’s this documentary or just doing what you’re doing now you are LEADING and you are HELPING people. God gave you a gift and your job is to use it. Much love

Love the LUCA! I added on your 15 minute cardio finisher before the stretch because I had the time and still had some gas in the tank. What an amazing opportunity for you, Tracy. It is well deserved - please don't doubt yourself. Your workouts and the resources I have been connected to through your platform have transformed my body during menopause.
