I like to workout in the mornings but don't always have time for a 40 or 60 minute workout between walking the dog, school drop off, and heading to work. This was perfect and gave me plenty of bang for my buck. Some of these compound moves were challenging but the no repeat helps you push through each set. Thank you again for another great workout along with the wise words at the end of the video.

Tracy, you are awesome! great session . Oh, and yes, I have a German Shepard that will bark at the wind , for real, lol! but it drives me nuts too, but I live alone so I am also grateful. SO when he is barking and stressing me out; I try to remember he is protecting me. :)

Thank you for the inspiring reminder at the end ❤. I’m in that season of life - mom has been in ICU for 7 days but crossed a big hurdle and is stable yesterday and today. I chose - in spite of the chatter in my brain - to do this 30 min workout this morning and get to the hospital a little later this morning…my brain and body needed this workout. Many thanks!

I was wiped out today.. rough weekend working on a crazy cake.. but pushed through Thank you for the encouragement Tracy I couldn’t agree more Fortunately I’ve worked out or run/ speed walked .. whatever I could do thru heart issues, surgeries, ablations, pacemaker because I started when I was 11 and couldn’t imagine a day without a workout! It’s hard to form a habit when you’re new to it but you can do it ! Such a great relief too for so many things! Thank you Tracy Love your workouts and your commitment!

Love these formats of workouts. Thank you for another great push and for your great talk at the end. I have gone through periods of life where I didn’t make myself a priority and saw the negative effects. It is so important no matter what the circumstances to take at least 10 minutes in whatever life throws at you for you. Thank you Tracy as always for bringing us such great information.

Totally hear what you said during the cool down about prioritizing health! Currently have my mom who is having some health challenges and a girlfriend who is going thru cancer for a second time! Life can be challenging but prioritizing your own health has to come first so you can support those that need support!!

Thank you for this workout - I loved it, did it yesterday and I can really feel it today! Your water dripping on the stone analogy really resonates with me just now, I decided to prioritise my health and get in shape in Feb 2023 after my doctor told me I was pre diabetic. I’ve done one of your workouts 4-5 times a week since then, 14 months later, I’m 13kg lighter, have a toned body I like again and my blood work is no longer showing pre diabetes. I feel amazing, this is lifestyle choice for me now, thanks Tracy - you are an inspiration ❤

Loved the 30x30! This was super challenging, albeit “ONLY” 30 minutes. Your talk at the end was the perfect cool down…I’m an empty nester but with a new 4 month old grandchild and my DIL is finding it hard to find time for exercise with the baby’s erratic sleep schedule .But she gets out with that baby in the stroller and walks!! I feel for new moms, but it does get better as far as time for yourself.

Great and hard 30x30 min workout. I dropped down on the weight. I felt I lost form with the 15 lbs instead I used 12 lbs and 10 lbs. on the excercises. (My legs are not totally recovered from the leg day workout.)😅 The 30 min. format I like even though 30 excercises extended during the whole of it.😅 I hope I’ll do better next time. I had a good time anyway. 🤩 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

Health is everything in life!. Without health you are not be able to do anything else. Mental health, emotional health and physical health in that order. Because if you are not well mental or emotional you cant be able to use your body. Even if you want to. You cant. So look for help. Ask for help. Don't be ashamed to ask for help. It is an act of courage and wisdom. And God bless we all! Greetings from BRazil

Well Tracy I don't know what in the world I did but 2 1/2 weeks ago I must have strained the attachment of the bicep up in the front of the shoulder so I've taken 2 weeks off of weight lifting which is like ripping out my soul lol. I am attempting this today praying I get through it so I'm going to lift a little lighter but the first tinge of any kind of irritation I'm probably going to have to stop. I'll let you know if I make it through or maybe I need another week off LOL but I definitely miss lifting with you❤

Sorry forgive me, one question. I have seen Rucking is becoming a thing. Have you seen this? is it safe? I know those who typically Ruck are military and are in the shape of their lives Thanks!
@melissaculpepper76638 ай бұрын
It’s trending, so take it with a grain of salt. I jokingly say I’m rucking, daily, just by having an extra 19 pounds of body weight on me🤣🤣🤣 However, if it interests you, I’d start with low weight and careful to walk on even terrain starting out.

I have three kids, a full time job. Yes exercise is a priority but not everyone has the support that you may have in your life, job requirements, spousal support. Let's not be judgemental by saying that I have three kids too because not everyone may have your type of life or support. I could barely manage ten minutes every day and some times none. I really turned around when two of kids started working.
@TracySteenMoveDaily8 ай бұрын
Yes, everything has it's season too. :) Doing what you can, and making that a priority is the key.
