Hello and thank you for all the great videos on living and housing in the PI. I'll be moving to the Lipa City area from Seoul, South Korea next summer 2025, and will be looking for your help and guidance. But here are my real concerns in this area. 1- Volcano Eruptions. 2- Ash Fallout 3- Earthquakes. 4- Typhoons, 5- Flooding. Hello, and thanks for watching. Lipa City is in a good location as far as typhoons. We are about 35-40 Km from the Taal Volcano and it has burped a few times. Locals here say only a major eruption would seriously impact air quality here. We have felt several earthquakes in the last few years. It just goes with the territory. Typhoons are why we don't live closer to the coast.

Space could be better organized. First floor limited ventilation, second floor, closet is oversized, could have added an en-suite bathroom. All in all, a nice house for the price. Thanks for the exposure 🎉🎉🎉

Nice house, I like that most of the windows had a nice view, and the enclosed carport area with the sliding glass door to the yard. Something to keep in mind for the future when we buy or build.
