Mr and Mrs Crums I am a veteran how was in Gulf War and now I am trying to get my increase in my Disability in my VA check each and every month. I got a appointment on the 21 st of January. I'm going to do both at the same day the DAV office downstairs in the basement and make it back to the x-ray room and this have taken me 11 years to go through this with the government?

I'm thinking about living in the Philippines. Because my aunt is telling people she didn't steal my money and he two kids they are grow now and having babies. I cut all ties with her and her husband.. I'm just showing them about how I feel about hurt but I left everything in God's hands.It's his fight and I doesn't have to put a hands on anyone?

We don't get hammered by typhoons like those who love on the coast. Weather and climate are reasons for Lipa's popularity.

If the location fits me I would, take this on a two year contract no price change pay 6 months in advance pro rata with option for extension. I will fix this litlle beauty next to the main road. But i will be moving there next year ending. I do not know much about Lipa City.

Damn shame, they don't even bother to clean the place prior to attempting to rent it. And who on earth would expect the new renter to paint, and repair the fence, etc...etc...etc...

They clean the units up and paint them, etc. as soon as someone signs a lease. I couldn't tell you exactly why that is but it is standard. Thanks for watching 🙂

You're not going to find a better price than that! I would negotiate a three year contract without price increase in return for repainting the whole thing and installing aircons and water heater. Then buy your own furniture and you have a great place to live!

I like it . But was there some water damage in some of the rooms looked like there was some mold . And cracks in the roof. If so how much would it cost to fix .or would the owners fix it before moving in

Howdy Stan and Jen, this place has tons of potential. With a new coat of paint, some minor repairs, love, and care. YES. It's a very doable place. Hi! What kind of insurances do I need to be legal in the Philippines and not be stressed out of being involved in an accident? Is third party ok? And are the insurance company’s reliable? I heard they weren’t..?

Hello Martin, we buy the LTO recommended insurance. You can get as much coverage as you want to pay for. Ours was 850 pesos for 3 years and covers my liability as a driver. Full coverage is available but I don't have it. We use Commonwealth. Thanks!

Keeps the videos coming, how is Lipa’s elevation. We are looking to settle down in Silang or Nuvali but Lipa has got some great prices. Still aways off 2026 was planing to settle down in Davao or Malaybalay but we changed it to Cavite Nuvali or Silang.

We love watching these videos they will for sure assist folks both here but especially wanting to move from another country on what is out there to both rent or buy in the Lipa, Batangas region.
