I know how you feel…. It’s a choking feeling that is like a hard gradual lump in your throat that your just dying to let go of. Very talented artist. I use these videos often. I have had a deep, sharp pain around my heart chakra for a week now due to having to end a relationship with someone I cared deeply about. I passed out to this after 5 minutes and slept for one hour. I woke up and the pain was completely gone..gone. My heart chakra was beaming and complete feeling and it felt very good.

I was told i made my own world because I'm afraid of love. When in fact I'm not. In it has nothing to do with how i see the world outside. God said be not comform to the world. He that is conform to the world is not of christ. I believe i quoted it right. But anyway, i didn't create my own world because I'm afraid to love again. Theirs a different love meaning to them. Fighting and agruing all the time. In disagreements. Lusting and having sex after fights and arguements. That's their version of love. I can't accept that version of love. I always love relaxing to a Meditative Mind video, but I definitely agree with another comment I saw, these Sound bath videos in particular are like absolutely perfect at calming my chronic anxiety which is otherwise difficult to do. I’ve been listening to this one in particular every night as of lately, and it really has helped me fall asleep with a positive feeling and calm mind. My pulse is always very strong so I can attest to that! When I'm still, in meditation (seated)- once i relax my muscles and loosen up- my body gently sways or creates tiny circles, like my spine is spiraling from the root...you should try it👌 The heart (anahata) is a very powerful chakra, especially for healing🌺✌🙏

Your channel is absolutely amazing. I grew up/live in NY and work on Wall Street. When I was younger that was my goal, but not anymore, completely far from it. When I wake up in the morning and walk to work, your channel is what I listen to, always keeps me hopeful.
