Thank you, I really needed to hear this. This message made me emotional in thinking that all that time that I was in survival mode, that the furthest thing from my mind was that something like a chakra was out of sync. Spiritual misalignment is the furthest thing from our minds in a state like that! This makes me passionate about figuring out some sort of solution for people enduring the things you have mentioned because they are in survival mode. I remember, and still do to a degree, feeling as if I have a target on my back because I always felt under attack. Yes, by racist, prejudices, classism, and sexism, but even within my own community. It's a terrible feeling that I can't really put into words right now, but I am so grateful for how far I've come in understanding how the world works concerning energy and how important it is to put myself first by taking care of my needs and wants so I can have the surplus to pour into the cups of others who are in thirst for something more than the day to day stressors of life. I think it would make a world of difference if we learn early on about things like misalignment, imbalance, and having more control than we think we have. Many, myself included, just don't know how or where to start when it comes to feeling better, doing better, being better, giving, and receiving better. It's all a stepping stone. At one point I didn't even know where to step, but hardships had forced me to just step out somewhere somehow. I want to be able to help folks do that with as little struggle as possible. Not to the degree of spoiling and laziness, but with hopes of encouraging fulfillment for others, whatever that is for them. Anyway, thank you so much for your words! They mean a lot :)

I spent my childhood a scared child, stressing and worrying about the future in a seismically unstable household. I didn't get to have a loving childhood like I would dream of. I just had a spontaneous root and sacral chakra healing two days ago. Not much in my life out of the ordinary, I’ve been working on this and praying and releasing so much these last couple years, but a lot of work done through 17 years of sobriety and recovery. Woke up yesterday morning and felt a sense of well-being which hasn’t been there For years, decades is more like it. I could feel it in my roots and in my sacral chakra just such a feeling of “I am OK. All is well. I am supported by the universe“ rather than the normal sense of dread and anxiety, and utter exhaustion, which has followed me around for most of my adult life. Especially since losing everything to lime disease in 2010. Really feels like the end of such a deep, dark night of the soul. So grateful!

I appreciate this calming music so much. I have been fearing 'growing up' a lot lately. It's one of those irrational fears where your heart and soul know everything is okay, but the human mind races! I am 17, and I'm fearing turning 18, fearing growing up. It's silly because, deep down I know that growth isn't defined by age, and if I still feel comfortable as a child, then it's important to understand that I grow on my own terms. I'm also having irrational fears of death and things, which I know this one is silly too because I know that the universe is beautiful, and cradels us all in love and beauty, so death also holds it's beauty and it's love. I have been guided towards tending to my Root chakra to heal these irrational fears! The important thing is to be in the moment, a place where all worries fade. The important thing to remember is that older doesn't mean less mischievous, playful, curious, beautiful, or imaginative. Growing up doesn't mean becoming less of a child, it means becoming wiser so that you can grow to protect your own wonderful and childlike self. Lot's of love to everyone here, who may have come in need of some cradelling or nurturing the Root chakra brings.

Please remember that when you're tending to your root chakra, you are tending to your ancestors! They are right there with you, so don't take the fears so personal. Every emotion we have/feel sends a chemical signature running through our bloodstream and has done so since the beginning of time for Humanity! Every moment we are in the womb we feel everything around us through the chemicals of our mother's emotions and those are passed down through every generation. Whether you take in chemicals from outside your body or manufacture them from within your brain they still bring about chemical addiction!! The choice you have is whether you will be addicted to positive emotional chemicals or negative emotional chemicals. When you choose positive emotional chemicals and you heal into your present moment, you also heal backwards and forwards at the same time...past, present and future all benefit from your healing!! It is so amazing to feel yourself as part of the Oneness That Is and to also come to know that uniqueness of your individual being! Namaste, my Family!!

Incredible tune. I feel at peace with my timeline. I feel called to share this wisdom that came through while I meditated/visualized to this tune: focus on the path you desire, moving forward. Sit still in meditation and focus on your ideal outcome. What you TRULY want. Don't get caught up in the how... SEE yourself in the experience as if it's the present moment. You're already there (beyond the how), FEEL yourself in the experience as it's already happening. Practice this. Once you can see/feel yourself in it, it already exists and just a matter of time until it manifests in physical reality.
