It is terrific to hear from the sailors, particularly enjoy Conrad's musings. Bottomline, though, I want that all reach France safe and sound. Thank you so much and warm regards.

Thank you once again for the excellent coverage. I think Conrad could be a top notch therapist. I’m relaxed.

Sometimes I look at Riley and think I should a moustache. Then realise I’m not cool enough to pull it off. Glad you guys are all ok hope the boat gets fixed soon. Happy Christmas and New Year. Love ya ❤

Mark, just another fantastic update on this epic race. We are all very anxious about Pip and her present condition. Is she safe and shall she be able to have assistance in Melbourne? With 9. Justine Mettraux 12, Clarisse Cremer 14. Sam Davies 18. Isabelle Joschke and 25. Violette Dorange we all are very Happy that the female skippers are keeping good pace with the fleet.

Your update is superior to the longer LIVE version because you keep focus on the race and racers. Conrad's using shows how the racers must emotionally "race", too. Your update is concise and to the point. Do I need to know about wind surfing on the LIVE show?
@Sail-World17 күн бұрын
Personally I love windsurfing, but the updates I'm doing are about the Vendee Globe. Yes, I'll cover other events, and have no idea how many different types events I've covered on www.Sail-World.com and www.YachtsandYachting.com ! I've had criticism of my style of presenting, but realise that you can't please all the people all the time. My aim is to provide concise and relevant information in the videos. As for Conrad, he's fantastic!

@@Sail-World Mark: I apologize for my comment as I didn't clearly state what I intended to be the 'comment'. Your coverage is about the Vendee Globe race but the Live Show of the Vendee Globe had a guest who was a champion wind surfer and Andy had extended discussions about that sport. I found that it was unnecessary to include this subject and that is what I intended to state to you as a complement - your focus on the race itself. Sorry.

So it sounds like Oliver Heer can cant his keel one way but on the other tack he puts the keel on center. Is this correct?

Sebastian Simon took the inside channel between Argentina and The Malvinas Islands and is doing ok, however, he may pay for this later in n the next day or so!
