Great hunt and finds!!! I love the old carriage part!!!

Thank you very much! That carriage part is very distinctive for the type of carriage or wagon it may be from. It's not like finding a reigns guide that could have been from anything horse driven. Thank you for watching.

Nice hunt I have a permission coming up North of Camden after deer season closes. It’s 50 acres near Hanging Rock battlefield mostly wooded. Can’t wait to get started.

I do all of my close ups with my cell phone. Bc all I have is a GoPro. And we all know they don’t do very good job being close up. Takes some getting used to too. But get you a small tripod and a phone adapter. You will be surprised. Enjoyed the video Mike. Glad to see you out again.

Hey Tony! I use my phone for my closeup photos of relics and coins because it does a good job. And once in a while for certain video shots, but not often. My camera has a flip-UP screen. When shooting video, people tend to look at the screen of themselves as they do it. With a flip-OUT screen on a camera or even a phone, the video feels like the person is looking past you. But with a flip-UP screen it keeps the eye inline with the lens and looks more like your looking at the viewer themselves. That day shooting video with the Phone I would have to unlock the phone, go to camera, switch over to video, and hope I wouldn't get any messages or emails to set my phone off. Then any shots of me in it I would have to flip the image in the editor so any writing on me or anyone else would be flipped correct. It was all a bit of a hassle but I have a new respect for anyone who shoots with only a phone. By the way, your GoPro video looks great. I used a lot more GoPro shots at one time than I do now. I don't know why I made the change, but I do like the look of a GoPro. Catch you later.

I can understand that. It is a process that I had to learn as well and can be more work than it’s worth. I used my phone in the beginning and went to a few cheaper cameras until I got the GoPro. Now after a few years when I had an issue of the media mod. I started using my phone again. Got me back into it. Now as you see I use the GoPro for intro and outro of my videos and if I see something in between if I don’t need a close up and the battery last. I will be getting new batteries soon. I will hope getting another camera sometime where I can have the GoPro on my chest and keep the camera for pictures and talking. Might be a hassle and work to edit as I post my editing app on my laptop. I do every thing from my phone again. I use a free app but they charge on desktop and laptop but free on my phone for some reason. It’s still a lot of work to put together but worth it in the end. Thank you for the kind words Mike. You have been a great supporter and friend to me over the years. Maybe one day we can do a collaboration together.

Ha Ha! He won't even share that luck with his own group of treasure hunters. I'm sure he wouldn't share it with all of the Carolinas, even if Mr. McClure said so himself. Thanks for watching.

Very sorry for the confusion. He is a Carolina fan himself. So I think he would give them some luck rather than us. We are like his audience while we stand around and watch him pull the good stuff out of the ground. I should name the channel Lucky Gene's Adventures

Thank you for the information. I was guessing early 1900s but the date range you gave me fits this location easy. It goes back to the 1700s. Great info and thank you for watching.
