Intel processors are powerful but my experience was worst with it from the beginning. Now I have a Mid range decent pc with Ryzen 5600g + GTX 1660TI. Maybe it's people based but I'm happy with my pc.

H610 motherboard is for i3 processor so you should have paired core i5 processor with b660 or b760 Motherboards because using h610 will decrease core i5 performances

I may suggest one for you Amd ryzen 7600x Cpu cooler 2.5k Msi b650 gaming WiFi motherboard 16 gb ddr5 512/1tb gen 4 ssd Psu 750w (Corsair/ cooler master, msi) 3-3.5k cabinet Gpu you can go for like second hand rtx 3070 ti which may cost nearly 25k This pc would be future proof It might go above your budget 😕 but it would be worth it
